Refunds & Exchanges:

Temelli offers exceptional quality pieces, if the piece you have chosen is no longer suitable, we are able to assist.

A full exchange or store credit note is available for items purchased within 30 days, with items in brand new condition and original packaging.

If items have been custom – made or backordered, they cannot be exchanged, unless advised by Temelli prior to purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds because of a change of mind due to the delicate nature of each piece of jewellery. Items cannot be sent back without a Return Reference Number, and clients should request this from our website prior to sending any goods back.

Temelli provide a manufacturing warranty on all products, excluding wear and tear. Notify us immediately if you received an incorrect or faulty item, or to exchange an item and we will assist you regarding the process on how to return the items. We shall pay for or reimburse you for any shipping cost to return any faulty or incorrect item to us at our discretion, or unless a receipt for return is provided. Potential refund of shipping cost will be issued by direct deposit at your own discretion within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Also, we shall notify you regarding time frame of replacing the items.

If you receive a faulty item, kindly provide us detailed information about it so we can assess the piece properly. Items found without any defects will be returned to you at your own cost. We will not refund or replace a product where in reasonable opinion the product has become of unacceptable condition due to misuse and failure to take reasonable care. If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the item, the packaging and the box it came in to support your claim. Claims will be assessed by the Delivery Service before any action or reimbursement is provided by Temelli.

Shipping and Delivery

Subject to this Agreement, we will supply to you the products shown on your order confirmation. All standard orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom/Variation to standard orders will depend on a case by case basis, please email us prior to purchase if the items are needed for a particular date or size, email: info@temelli.com.au

If pieces are on back-order or being custom made to size and are not a standard item or size, delivery is usually 3-4 weeks as standard but may take up to 7 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. We will advise of the delivery date via email, and you can then place your order as per usual. Unfortunately we cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. All orders under AUD$300 will be shipped using registered postage with Australia Post; with a tracking number provided for the delivery. All orders over AUD$300 will be sent using Express Post and will require a signature on delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your order, Australia Post may leave you a card stating that they tried to deliver your parcel or you will be required to collection your parcel from a nearby Post Office. All orders over AUD$1000 can also be sent by courier service on request.

COVID-19 Update: At present, Temelli offers FREE SHIPPING within Australia on all jewellery purchases (excluding giftware). Orders may be delayed due to the impacts of COVID-19 on postage and this is out of Temelli Jewellery’s control. If Express Post is specially required for purchases under AUD$200, additional charges of AUD$20 will apply.

Orders Outside Of Australia

For orders outside of Australia, please contact us prior to ordering products and we will advise of the delivery costs (if any) and delivery method associated with the product to be purchased. Temelli will provide complimentary delivery with all orders outside of Australia if the purchase amount is greater than AUD$400, orders under AUD$400 will have a flat postage fee of AUD$35 and international postage can be purchased via the link below;

Any tariffs or taxes in the receiving country will need to be paid by the purchaser and usually on arrival before customs release.

Personal Collection of Items Sold Online ( Click & Collect)

When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from your nearest Temelli Boutique. During Check Out – Please enter into the Order Notes, whether you would prefer to pick up your fine Jewellery or Watch items and from your preferred Temelli Jewellery store. Upon completion of payment we will send you an email confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up, which is usually 2-3 business days. If items are needed urgently at a particular Temelli store, please contact our concierge via live chat for any specific enquiries. Please be reminded that the person who places the order must pick up the item and will be required to provide the credit card used to purchase, valid ID and copy of your order confirmation.
