While Temelli has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that photographs reflect as accurately as possible the actual size of products, you acknowledge that due to the inherent difficulties with photographing items of jewellery, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented in this website. Temelli In Store Policies
Temelli Jewellery follows a few simple guidelines to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and our boutiques operate with ease.
Layby:
Layby services require a 25% deposit of the total amount, with regular fortnightly payments. The layby period is set at 3 months unless otherwise agreed. We will hold your chosen products for the duration of the layby. Cancellation fees do apply. For full terms and conditions please visit your nearest boutique.
Interest Free Finance:
Interest free finance is subject to terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are redeemable at any Temelli Jewellery in Australia. Vouchers are valid for 6 months, not redeemable for cash and a store credit will be issued for under-redemption. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be refunded or replaced.
Instructions For Wear By Children:
It’s great that you would like to give a special gift to a child. Every child is very individual. To guarantee the best fit, our age recommendation for wearing our designs is 8 years and above. We recommend that children under 3 only wear the jewellery under adult supervision, since small parts could be swallowed. To ensure that the recipient enjoys the gift for as long as possible, please note that, despite the use of high-quality silver and gold alloys, our jewellery items are not completely resistant to impacts, scratches and other damage that can occur when playing and crawling.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds because of a change of mind due to the delicate nature of each piece of jewellery. Credit notes and exchanges will be granted at our discretion and is determined on a case-by-case basis however strictly within 30 days and in brand new condition. Items which have been custom made, altered, engraved, or resized cannot be exchanged.
